Asphalt Terracotta Pot

Asphalt is led by its terrazzo-like surface, where black, grey, and pale mineral flecks scatter across earthen terracotta in an organic, weathered pattern. The rounded planter suits the home through compact scale and material quietness, with a broad dark rim, softened shoulders, and a body that tapers gently toward the base. Across the surface, the finish shifts from cloudy grey to charcoal speckling, as if cement dust and stone fragments have settled into the clay. The handcrafted texture keeps the pattern uneven, with small pits, rubbed patches, and grain catching light differently across the curve.
