Amalfi

Amalfi is led by its distressed off-white finish, brushed over earthen terracotta in uneven falls that expose the clay beneath. The open planter rises into full-bellied forms, each with small side handles tucked near the shoulder and rims left warm with raw terracotta. The urn bring a courtyard-worn texture to the home, with chalky white slipping downward in irregular strokes, thinning into stains, breaks, and rubbed edges rather than forming a clean coat. The handcrafted character comes through in the hand-applied finish, where matte pale areas meet sunbaked earth in visible layers.
