Velino is composed as a stack of simple volumes, but the mix of materials stops it from feeling rigid. A tall jute-wrapped cylinder drops from above, widening into a broader central band before ending in a smaller boucle-lined form below. That layering gives this pendant ceiling light a clear sense of order, while the contrast between the two surfaces keeps it lively. The jute reads dry, fibrous, and architectural. The boucle feels softer and denser, almost like a quiet interruption within the structure. When lit, the lower section glows more fully and throws a warmer pool beneath, while the upper tiers hold the light back. The effect is calm, structured, and tactile.
