Sereno is defined by the glass itself. The shade has a softly domed profile, but the vertical ribbing changes how the form is read, giving it a finer rhythm and a deeper sense of tone. In its smoked finish, the pendant looks darker and more reflective by day, almost like a tinted vessel suspended in air. Once lit, that same glass begins to mellow. The glow gathers behind the ribs and comes through in a more muted, intimate way, rather than flooding the room. It is a compact glass pendant lamp, but a very effective one, with material, surface, and light all working together in a quietly controlled register.
