Gom is carved from solid teak as a compact object of concentration, where sculptural mass and quiet utility meet. The circular top is set with an inlaid chessboard, framed by a softly undulating rim that gives the piece a gentle, hand-worked edge. Below, the base is built from interlocking timber volumes, its stacked geometry lending the table both weight and stillness. A concealed drawer holds the chess pieces within the body, allowing play to remain folded into the form itself rather than added onto it. Named for meditation and deep contemplation, this wooden coffee table brings strategy, pause, and tactile warmth into the rhythm of a living space.
