Dhurba takes shape in solid teak and textured composite wood, its dark, burnished surface giving the form a solemn, almost ceremonial presence. The tapering body and domed crown draw from the sacred prayer wheel, translating the Bhutanese idea of revolving into an object shaped by rhythm, repetition, and continuity. Fine horizontal divisions and small projecting pulls give the exterior a measured cadence, while the interior reveals a tiered arrangement of shelves and rails in a warmer metallic finish. That shift from shadowed shell to luminous core gives the piece its character, turning this wooden sideboard cabinet into a composed unfolding rather than a simple reveal.
