Sorgente works through diffusion rather than detail. The pendant has a rounded, lantern-like body, but the surface is broken into softened geometric panels, with opaque white glass tracing the form and clearer sections held within. That construction gives the light a different quality. This glass pendant light does not spill out harshly. It gathers, softens, and glows through the glass in a way that feels warm and contained. Even unlit, the piece has a calm sculptural presence, somewhere between a globe and a faceted vessel.
