Samru Jar With Lid

The Samru Jar With Lid pairs a rounded borosilicate glass body with a domed acacia wood cover, finished by a tiered turned finial. Celebrating Begum Samru and her era, the range draws on delicate Indo-European forms, expressed here through the swelling glass profile and shaped wooden top. The clear body keeps the contents visible within the countertop storage jar, while the lid sits over the narrowed opening and introduces a dark timber contrast above the glass. With the cover removed, the vessel can also serve as a luxury centrepiece, using its transparent volume for display while retaining the short neck and rounded jar silhouette.
