Rx Karafe

The Rx Karafe pairs a tall cylindrical borosilicate body with a textured copper cap, setting transparent glass against the warmer metal above. Inspired by the profile of a pith helmet, the cap has a recessed circular top that can hold pills or other small objects, while its softly flared lower edge meets the narrow vessel below. For serving water, the glass carafe keeps a slender footprint on the table while leaving the contents fully visible through the clear walls. Light passes through the cylindrical body and catches across the textured copper, drawing attention to the contrast between the smooth vessel, recessed top and flared cap.
