Ashanti Bar Stool

The Ashanti Bar Stool is built from stacked acacia wood planes held by a central vertical support. Rounded square seats sit at three levels, giving the form the look of a compact tower rather than a conventional stool. This wooden bar stool keeps its construction direct, with each horizontal surface softened at the edge and set firmly into the upright spine. Through quiet, usable layers and simple proportions, the modern bar stool functions by balancing a tall stance with a narrow footprint, utilising repeated shelves to break up its height.
