Annabelle Table

The Annabelle Table balances a broad circular top on three attenuated, turned spindles, reworking an ornamental woodworking language into a lean tripod structure. Crafted in beech wood with a black sandblasted finish, the surface carries a subdued grain while the supports retain the tactile rhythm of beads, collars, and tapered sections shaped along each leg. The converging base gives the round coffee table the poised stance of a surveyor’s instrument, with the decorative turning made structural rather than applied. Traditional spindle-making continues here through contemporary proportions, allowing familiar craft vocabulary to take on a more articulated, functional role.
